Hey, I’m Meera
If you’re a blogger or solopreneur who wants to build authority and make an impact online – but don’t know how or where to start this page is for you.
Unlike blogs that focus on crunching numbers, 6-figures and premium courses, here’s where we focus on the ‘why’, ‘how’ and ‘who’. Here’s where we bring heart to blogging & digital marketing strategy. I believe there’s more to adding just numbers to your list.
If this is for you, read on my friend.
Who am I? Why I do what I do?
I’m a mom, writer and lover of a solid plan.
I worked in the marketing and comms industry for 8 years before getting bit by a serious case of the freedom bug & having my little girl (who’s the reason I do everything I do)
I love everything blogging and digital/email marketing and I want to show you how fabulous it can be when it’s done on your own terms with the right strategies.
For me blogging & marketing is not about 6-figures or a huge email list.
It’s about defining your goals, what success looks like to you and then taking focused steps to create that success with your blog.
I’ve had the honour of being published on some pretty cool sites too like those below and more.
What you can expect from this site
- Blogging & digital Marketing strategy, tips and content to use on your own blogs and online businesses
- Support, motivation & accountability to work through periods of overwhelm, and how to produce more focused work.
- Helpful ideas on what to start and how to keep your momentum going
I don’t claim to have all the answers but I’ll let you in on what has worked and hasn’t worked for me.
70% of my writing goes directly to my email list.
These are not notifications of blog posts but fresh doses of inspiration to build your blog, business and mindset.

Here’s what some of my amazing readers & friends have to say:
Meera’s content is one of the best in the blogging & digital marketing industry – the amount of useful information she gives is remarkable. I also love how authentic and helpful she is.
She is not just another expert, she is an amazing human being with so much value to give to the world. You should never miss a chance to work with her.
Emily McGee, My Adaptable Career
Meera’s content has been so valuable as I grow my business. I find myself signing up for every challenge and content upgrade because I know Meera will give me straightforward, actionable tips for improving my blog posts, growing my email list, and marketing my services.
Meera’s content is not the regurgitated marketing ideas that you hear from other bloggers & solopreneurs. The insights that she offers for free are what I believe others must be hiding away in their online courses – as that’s the only thing that could explain why so much of what I’ve learned from her I hadn’t heard before.
The first time I came across her site I literally read EVERY post all in one sitting – and they’re all crazy in depth posts – but it didn’t matter because I was hooked! I also recently took her free email course on email marketing, and the best part was at the end of each lesson she encouraged you to reach out to her. And here’s the crazy part, when I did she not only contacted me back but gave me incredible feedback that was geared specifically towards me! She knows marketing is about the people as much as it is the product
Meera has a unique way of helping you figure things out and actually take some action. Soon after I took her Free email marketing course I was able to tweak, refine and complete my lead magnet, that is now converting my visitors into subscribers, subscribers into customers and customers into long term clients.

Meera is not only brilliant in her knowledge of blogging, she’s also incredibly giving with it. Though we met just a couple months ago, she’s been holding my hand and helping me in a way I have never received from anyone else. If you have the opportunity to work with Meera- grab it!
Lucy D. Briggs, Co-founder, Briggs & Briggs Marketing Services
Meera’s practical blogging and digital marketing strategies are refreshing in a crowded space that is often over-hyped. For solopreneurs and bloggers who want to build their authority online, Meera is one of the top voices I follow and highly recommend to other small business owners.
Joyce Lewandowski, Mrs Joyle
Meera is personable and knowledgeable! She helped me so much when I was first trying to get a footing in this confusing blogosphere, and figuring out the ins and outs of the business. Her kind encouragement and useful tips were much appreciated!
Her simple but extremely useful advice on how to create outlines for articles and blogposts has changed the way I write my posts and has helped me save lots of time. Meera has been a great supporter and a friend. Whether its lead magnets or writing emails, I approach her and always get right advice. Saumil Shah
I’d call you crazy if you told me this 5 years ago
Before my child was born, I had plans.
I’d be back at work when she turned 2. She was going to born the natural way. I wasn’t the ‘type’ who would start an online business. I would never ever start a blog. Or have my face plastered across my website.
Well, she was born via c-section. I quit my 9-5 four months after she was born. I started working from home. I launched my blog and online business this year.
Let’s just say things don’t always go according to plan.
If you’re telling yourself you’re never going to launch a blog…Or THAT could never be you…
I’m going to tell you you’re dead wrong
You’re working towards what so many people only dream about.
The only problem and this happens to the best of us…
You don’t have the time. You’re discouraged.
You want to scale your biz or blog but it seems so ridiculously hard with everything on your plate.
Your focus is in a million different places and not where it should really be to move forward.
You wish you had answers to the tough questions…
- I only have 3 hours a day—can I really build an online business?
- Should I pay for traffic?
- Is it possible to build a biz in 30 or 60 days?
- Can I make passive income from my blog?
You’re overwhelmed, frustrated and dead tired!
Whatever your reason is for stopping by… you’re in the right place because….
I’m JUST like you
I’m a parent who was determined to stay home. To earn some passive income on the side.
I’ve felt lost. Struggled with not knowing what to do…
…and had days that seemed liked a maze of endless circles.
If there’s one thing that would have made my journey awesome…
It would have been someone handing me a roadmap or checklist…
someone to cut through the fluff and myths…to show me how to make this work…
Or just to give me a pat on the back to say ‘Hey, you’re doing great!’.
So I want to do this for you & help you in whatever way I can

More about me…
Have you been at a point of inflection?
Where a little voice within you starts to question everything you knew to be true or believed in.
Maybe you chose to walk away from that voice.
Maybe you’re here because you listened to that voice.
That’s how this blog started—at a point of inflection.
I’m a communications strategist and marketer by profession.
In my 7 years in the industry, I’ve created targeted content for various platforms and publications. Marketed events and programmes. Dabbled in PR, international relations and social media. I’ve learned what it takes to create quality content and drive a clear message.
When motherhood took over, I decided I wanted to work from home, on my own terms while caring for my child but I was faced with a lack of opportunities for flexi and part time work.
I refused to be shackled by a 9-5 and I didn’t want to take the easy road.
I was looking for a creative outlet that would allow me to put my experience to use but I didn’t know how or where to start.
I was plagued with doubts.
I’m not the artistic sort.
I don’t have an entrepreneurial bone in my body.
I can’t make a living writing.
It took me a long time to figure out that the only thing holding me back is me.
I revisited my love for writing and started to toy around with words and stories. I didn’t really know where I was headed. I just knew that I had to give my passion a shot. I had to at least try to make it work.
Validation came when a story I entered was the winner in the Writer’s Village International Short Fiction Award Winter 2014. I’ve since started several ghostwriting and freelance projects and have never looked back.
Home is sunny Singapore where I live with my husband, daughter and parents.
